To ensure safe shipping, bikes are delivered 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat. We include all necessary tools and a detailed step-by-step guide in the box.
What is your return policy for bicycles and gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to bikes that have been assembled and ridden.
How do I determine the correct frame size for me?
Each product page features a detailed sizing chart based on rider height and inseam. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing down for more agility or sizing up for more stability.
What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $499. Standard delivery typically takes 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
Do the bikes come with a manufacturer's warranty?
Yes, all our bikes come with a limited lifetime warranty on the frame and a 1-year warranty on components against manufacturing defects.
Do you offer professional assembly services?
While we do not provide in-house assembly, we have partnered with local bike shops nationwide. You can choose to have your bike shipped directly to a partner shop for professional assembly for a flat service fee.
