We want you to ride with confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all bikes and gear in original condition. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit for your cycling journey, we are here to help with a hassle-free return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your Bike Mart account, select your order from the history, and click the 'Start Return' button to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and protective components are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location; once our mechanics inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
